Healthy Banana Prune Bread Recipe with Pecans

All you need is a mixing bowl and a wooden spoon to combine and mix the ingredients. Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup butter, melted 3/4 cup castor sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1 teaspoon baking soda 3 ripe bananas, mashed 1/2 cup prunes, chopped 1/2 cup pecans, chopped Pinch of salt Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350ºF/180ºC. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas with butter. 3. Add in eggs and vanilla, and mix. 4. Add in sugar, baking soda, salt and flour, and mix until just combined. 5. Lastly, stir in pecans and prunes. 6. Pour mixture into a greased and floured baking pan. 7. Bake for 1 hour or until a wooden pick comes out clean. 8. Allow to cool before removing from pan.
