Servings: 1 sandwich Preparation time: 5 minutes Ingredients: 1 banana, sliced 2 tablespoons peanut butter 1 tablespoon butter 2 slices of bread Directions: 1. Toast bread until slightly brown. Quickly spread with butter, followed with peanut butter. 2. Top with banana slices. Sandwich together with another slice of bread. Serve warm. Cheesy Banana Sandwich
Servings: 2 sandwiches Preparation time: 10 minutes Ingredients: 1 banana, sliced 2 tablespoons cream cheese 2 teaspoons honey 2 pieces of baguette, split Dash of cinnamon Directions: 1. Spread baguette with cream cheese mixed with cinnamon. 2. Top with banana slices and drizzle with honey. Sandwich together with another slice of baquette. Banana Peanut Butter Honey Buns
Servings: 4 sandwiches Preparation time: 10 minutes Ingredients: 2 bananas, peeled and cut into half lengthwise 4 hot dog buns, split 4 tablespoons cup peanut butter 4 tablespoons honey 4 tablespoons wheatgerm, if desired Directions: 1. Lighly toast hot dog bun. Spread peanut butter on each side of bun. 2. Add banana and drizzle with honey. 3. Sprinkle with wheatgerm, if desired. Sandwich together with another slice of bun and serve warm. Banana Cracker Sandwich
Servings: 6 cracker sandwiches Preparation time: 10 minutes Ingredients: 2 bananas, mashed 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips, if desired 12 pieces of crackers Dash of cinnamon Directions: 1. Mix bananas, peanut butter and cinnamon until smooth. Chill mixture. 2. Spoon 2 tablespoons of mixture onto cracker. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, if desired. Sandwich together with another cracker. Banana Tortilla Wrap
Servings: 4 wraps Preparation time: 10 minutes Ingredients: 4 bananas, peeled 8 tablespoons peanut butter 8 tablespoons jelly 4 flour tortillas Directions: 1. Lay tortilla wrap out. Spread peanut butter and jelly on it. 2. Place banana on the side edge of the wrap. Roll the banana up snuggly and serve.
