Awesome recipe. Easy to make and tastes delicious. I used wholemeal flour instead and added a little more baking soda to compensate and it turned out really well. I also went with the suggestion of adding orange and cinnamon. Thanks again for the recipe. - Nathan, Australia

Great recipe! I had two ripe bananas at home and wanted to use them right away, so I searched for ideas on the Internet. I found this recipe and decided to give it a try. I made this for my kids, cut it into slices and froze for lunches. They LOVED it and ask me to make it all the time. These days I usually swap some of the white flour for whole wheat and even reduced the sugar a bit and they don't seem to notice. I've passed it onto a few friends who's kids all love it too. I made this recipe last night but added some sultanas to it. It is a HUGE! hit in the family. So quick and easy to make and so moist. One thing i will say it took me longer than 60 minutes for it to cook but not a problem when it comes out tasting soo good. - Rose Vitullo, Australia

Excellent! This would have to be the most delicious and moist banana cake ever! I used wholemeal flour instead and it was still unbelievably moist. Also, I baked it for 50 mins instead, then left to cool and that helped make it more moist yet not undercooked. This has now become a firm family favourite, thankyou!. - Hannah Wilson, Australia

    This might be my new favorite recipe! Plain, they are like mini, takealong banana bread bites! Delicious! Then I got creative, and dipped them in semisweet chocolate, then pressed a walnut on top and now they are an elegant cookie! I wowed my friends at our cookie exchange this year, but little did they know how simple it was! Thank you for the best kept secret I'll ever have in my kitchen!
